All our items are available to ship within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise stated. All items are shipped through USPS, UPS or FEDEX. We do not ship out on weekends or holidays.

Customers will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as a shipping label has been created in our system. From there, customers are able to track the package throughout the delivery process, until package is delivered.

Please be aware that Kennedy Layne Clothier & Co is not responsible for any shipping errors made by USPS, FEDEX or UPS or for orders lost, damaged or stolen during transit. Once your package leaves our care and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for it and it is beyond our control.  

RETURNS POLICY

Kennedy Layne Clothier & Co only offers store credit
for returns. All store credits are issued in the form of an online gift card.
Discounted/Sale items are final sale.

Items can be returned within 30 days from date of purchase. Items must be in original purchase condition, with tags attached. If an item is returned & does not meet these standards, we have the right to reject the return/exchange.

All return shipping fees & packaging is the customer’s responsibility. We do not provide return shipping labels. Please include the original packing slip or a piece of paper with your name, address, email and phone number with the return.

Please note, returns may take 2-3 business days to process from date of arrival.

EXCHANGES 

Items may be exchanged for another size in the same item only.

Please contact us for an exchange prior to sending it back, so we can verify availability and set the item aside for you. Please include the original packing slip or a piece of paper with your name, address, email and phone number with the exchange. For shipping, you pay the fees to get the item back to us and we will send the exchange at no additional charge.

DEFECTIVE

If your item is damaged/defective when received, we will gladly provide an
exchange or process a return. Damage must be reported within 3 days of received
the item. Please send pictures of the damage to admin@kennedylayneclothier.com
